Take the Skifire Compatibility Quiz!

I (a.) like for things to happen on time and in an orderly fashion OR (b.) can go with the flow.

If you answered "a," then this trip might not be for you.  If you answered "b," then you're good to go to "El Sur."

In Argentina, there's a BBQ afterwards and it's usually really good.  Here, a couple local butchers moonlight by selling the 500 chorizo sausages they made for the Marchablanca in 2009.
